What happens if the restaurant cannot find the order in their system?

If the restaurant cannot locate the order after providing the order number on your Courier App, please contact Live Chat for further assistance. Live Chat will contact the restaurant directly.

Open your Courier App > Select the chat bubble at the top right corner > Select "Live Chat"
