If you are receiving payouts through a traditional bank account and have not received your payout, this could be due to the following reasons:
1. You have not entered bank account information. Click here to enter your bank account. Please make sure to enter your checking account and routing numbers carefully.
2. You may have provided incorrect information. You are new to Caviar and have entered an incorrect bank account. A typo with your bank account could cause a delay in payment. Please double-check your information to make sure your account is correct. You may also email us to verify the last three digits of your bank account on file.
3. You have entered in a savings or debit card account. We can only send your payouts to a checking account.
Please remember that Caviar initiates sending payouts to your bank account early Monday morning. To update your bank account, please make sure to update it by no later than Sunday night. Your payout will automatically pushed to the account we have on file early Monday morning. You will receive your payout either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday of each week.
